Holiday Apartments for Semana Santa and Feria

To place a booking, a non refundable Accommodation Arrangement Fee equivalent to the 15% of the total rental price (minimum 45 EUROS VAT incl.) and 50% of the total cost of the rental will be required in advance.

 

The outstanding 50% is due upon arrival.


Please, note that the apartment will not be considered officially booked until the above mentioned initial payment has been received.

For the summer, the following Holiday Apartments are available at a special price. Do not miss this occasion:

The prices listed below have already been reduced. They include the bills of gas, water and electricity.

 

The following prices of the Corral del Rey, Corral del Rey II, Duque Cornejo, Faustino Álvarez and García Ramos holiday apartments are for the months of July and August, for a minimum stay of 7 nights (1 week).

The following prices of the Plaza de Doña Elvira holiday apartment are for the month of July only, for a minimum stay of 7 nights (1 week).
