If you are planning a trip to Seville to experience the lifestyle of Southern Spain, then, there is no better accommodation option for you than sharing an apartment with a local. If you are taking a Spanish language course or a flamenco course, living with local people will help you experiencing a full immersion into the customs and culture of Seville

The accommodation option of a shared apartment will mean that you will have your own bedroom and will share the common areas (e.g. lounge, kitchen, bathroom, etc) of the apartment with the other people living in the apartment; in some apartments the use of the living room or lounge is not included.

All shared apartments are fully furnished and equipped. There is a washing machine in all of them, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things. The bedding (i.e. sheets & blankets) is always provided.

The shared apartments that we offer are all located within the old historic district and city center of Seville. Furthermore, you will find that our partner Flamenco and Spanish language schools are located within walking distance to most of the shared apartments in our offer.

The bus is another option to move around Seville, normally, you will find bus stops in the surroundings of all our shared apartments; however, for the younger and more dynamic people, we recommend the bicycle; thanks to the new public bicycle system in town, see www.sevici.es , Seville is now one of the leading cities in Europe when it comes to the use of the bicycle as public transportation.
