33 apartments within a residential complex in the city center of Seville, built on the foundations of an old traditional courtyard from the 16th century. This 3 levels building has been totally renovated and counts with an impressive andalusian style patio where the guests can relax and a solarium on the top of the premises.

Conveniently located in the city center of Seville; 5 minutes from the Guadalquivir river, and just 5-10 minutes walk away from the commercial area with all the boutiques, restaurants and bars; you can also easily walk to the old part of town where some of the main monuments and museums of the city are located.

The apartments are for a maximum of 4 people (2 single beds in the bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 more people in the lounge).

The apartments are fully equipped and count with:

• Centralised air conditioning (hot / cold),
• Main bedroom: 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside table…,
• Wireless internet connection (WiFi) for those travelling with their laptop,
• Telephone,
• Lounge: Sofa bed for 2 people, table and chairs, TV, etc…,
• Kitchen: electric kitchen, fridge, basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery,
• Hair dryer in the bathroom,
• Bedding and towels provided.

These apartments fall into the category of “Apart-Hotels”, the following services usually displayed in a hotel will be offered to those willing to rent these apartments:

• Daily cleaning service of the apartment (doesn’t include washing crockery and cutlery),
• Sheets change every two days, and towels change upon request,
