What is the diference between Holiday apartment and Shared apartment?

The holiday or independent apartment is an accommodation option for those who prefer not to share an apartment with others and rent one of our apartments for themselves. We offer studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, and bigger apartments for groups of students coming together.

All the apartments are centrally located and within a walking distance to the Cathedral.

The accommodation in shared apartments is the option where you can rent a single or double room in a shared apartment with other people. With this option you will have your own room and would share the kitchen, bathroom and lounge with the other people living in the apartment.

Normally our apartments are to be shared with young local professional people and are located within a walking distance to the Cathedral.

Is it possible to upgrade from a single to a double room or downgrade vicecersa once the room is booked?

Unfortunately, all bookings need to be made in advance.
If you wish to book a room you will need to decide in advance if you want to book a single or double room before entering into the accommodation, accordingly, and in advance, you will have to pay the deposit for the room as double or single for the whole period.

In order to go ahead and book the room, you will need to pay the accommodation arrangement fee in advance.

For this fee, we will email you a payment request with all the details for you to proceed with the payment. The outstanding balance needs to be paid upon arrival, to the flat owner.

When will I get the contact info for the owner so that we arrange a time to collect the keys?

Once we receive the payment of the deposit we will give you the exact address of the flat and the contact details of the owner.

Will we have two keys for the place since we will be renting as a double?

Once you pay the balance in the apartment, upon arrival, the owner will give you the keys.
If you book the room as double, we can ask the owner to provide you with two sets of keys.

By exterior room, what do you mean? Is the room separate from the rest of the house?

By saying exterior room, we mean that the room is facing the street; the windows are facing the street and not an internal patio like many apartments in Seville. Facing the street makes the room brighter - a definite advantage.

Are there any special rules for the household?

There are no special rules, out of the expected normal behaviour that everyone should have when living in someone’s place for some time.
Regarding timetables you are free to come and go from and to the flat at any time, as long as you don’t make too much noise if you are coming in during the early hours or the sacred siesta time in summer which is between 3-5 pm.
Obviously the flat owner is free to establish his rules and we kindly ask you to abide by them as much as possible.

Can I bring my pet?

Some of our accommodations allows pets, others don't. Please let us know beforehand about your animal friend to give us time to find you the appropiate housing.
