• Smoking inside the apartment should be avoided

• Pets are not allowed

• Minimum stay: 2 weeks (14 nights)

• There is no internet access; however, there is an Internet Café at only 25 metres from the apartment.

To place a booking a non refundable Accommodation Arrangement Fee equivalent to the 15% of the total rental price (minimum 50 EUROS VAT incl.) will be required in advance and 50% of the total cost of the rental is required in advance. The outstanding 50% is due upon arrival.
