This 3 levels building has been totally renovated and counts with an impressive andalusian style patio where the guests can relax and a solarium on the top of the premises.
These apartments fall into the category of “Apart-Hotels”, the following services usually displayed in a hotel will be offered to those willing to rent these apartments:
Daily cleaning service of the apartment (doesnÂ’t include washing crockery and cutlery)
Sheets change every two days, and towels change upon request
24 h Reception and Surveillance

This holiday apartment is located in the Lumbreras street, conveniently located in the city center of Seville; 5 minutes from the Guadalquivir river, and just 5-10 minutes walk away from the commercial area with all the boutiques, restaurants and bars; you can also easily walk to the old part of town where some of the main monuments and museums of the city are located.
