Surroundings

This holiday apartment is located in the Marqués de Paradas Street, in the City Centre, at a five minutes walking distance from the heart of the city and just next to the river Guadalquivir.

Across the road, 30 meters away, there is a shopping mall called Plaza de Armas with cinemas, restaurants, bars and a supermarket, and the central bus station Plaza de Armas.

There are excellent bus connections to all parts of the city.

  • The Guadalquivir River (2 minutes walk)

  • City Center (5 minutes walk)

  • The Catedral (15 minutes walk)

  • Sevici Station at 400 metres (Plaza de Armas)
